All-in-all, we’re doing pretty well. We both had tests a few days ago to assess the progress of our treatments. Tim’s CT scan showed that his pancreatic tumor has shrunk slightly, the previous metastases are not visible, but there is one area that they’re keeping an eyes on. Paul’s lab tests showed his levels continue to improve with chemo. So, they will keep monitoring Paul to determine when to harvest his stem cells.
Tim will have cataract surgery on both eyes tomorrow. The chemo has worsened his cataracts so he’s really looking forward to seeing a lot better.
